As long as I’m concerned,time has never been kind to me,nor has it to others.
A blink in the eye and I have received my results and start cracking my head on whether to study abroad or locally.
The 5 years passed in a blurry streak,not knowing how much time being wasted….Till now,or maybe future , I will always regret that I didn’t put up a gusty performance during the schooling secondary years. Nothing much top prove afterall. Some flashes of brilliance is all I can make up for my not too exciting life. Limited posts in societies and underachieving academic results. Poor results and wasted my time….a total regret…Why had I wasted all the forceful years….living in a total darkness.
Now, I think it’s the last blog I will be posting before the national service(NS)…Another haih.Too “fortunate” to be picked, I had to report on 18th of March ..lol…How I hated it..my chess career gone…went crashing…Missed so many chess tournaments (esp. CHLS Open and NAG—national age group)…Well, I have to live with it as well…By the way,my camp is situated in Merbok , named Damai Park Resort…near Lembah Bujang(haha…doing some historical research…swt)…2 months I suppose….2 months of heartache.Well,I can’t online nor can I go to my favourite hangout Gurney Plaza.Too bad..sheesh…Anyway, hope the programmes wouldn’t be too strenuous anyway. To sum it up,NS hindered my progress in chess as well as my leisure time.
Havent updated my blog for some time…hmm….nothing interesting afterall….So, to all PMR and SPM candidates, be blessed with abundance of health and luck.(You’d better be starting before time eventually catches you).Just remember the saying “ when the going gets tough , the tough gets going” !! (You may find this proverb useful in your english exams!!) . 7 months and thorough preparation and you can seat back to reap the fruits of your labour .
Chess , has never escaped from my mind . Indeed , it is running in my blood…(I brought along a chess set to NS…see what I can do with it then…xixi)..3 consecutive chess tourneys and the big day’s jus looming around the corner…MSSPP held in St. Georges Girls School….So , good luck to everyone !!
Daniel, you always told me , put in your best effort while leaving the results alone…Yea,I truly believe in that. Thanks to you. Now, it’s your turn…you’d better buck up…Hope to see you face to face again , probably after SPM …I’ll just wait . Don’t give up easily!!
Well, getting past these endeavors hasn’t been easy…As another page of history is about to be unfolded , as we step into the rigorous rat-race , it’s normal that each of us stumble and fall . Nevertheless , we stand up again and brave the conditions . Again and again , success will be beaming upon us . There’s nothing as failure in our dictionary . It’s just the will to withstand challenges .To strive for the future lying ahead , winding and twisting as it goes into the deep forest. All the best to my pals…Hope to meet you guys soon after NS.
